Issue assignee is editable even after closed and with the property jira.issue.editable false

Issue Summary

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit the workflow and add the following property to a status jira.issue.editable and the value is false.
2. Create an issue and move to the status in which you added the property, then press "i" on the keyboard.

Expected Results

Since the property is applied, the user shouldn't be allowed to edit the issue, even if there is this disclaimer.

Some of the workflow properties on this page may cause bugs. If something breaks after adding a property, try removing it.

Actual Results

You become the assignee.

Workaround

Set another workflow property with key `jira.permission.assign.denied` and an empty value.
