Deleted value appears for a moment on multi line text fields using the default text renderer

How to Replicate

1. Open an issue with Paragraph text field using the default text renderer
2. Insert text and then hit check mark on the right to confirm your input
3. Refresh the page
4. Delete the inserted text and then type new words.
5. Hit check mark on the right to confirm your input
6. Deleted text appears for a moment and newly typed words replace it.

Workaround

Change the field renderer to Wiki Style Renderer.
