    Description

      Issue Summary

      The resolved date field is not being cleared when updating the resolution via a CSV import.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Settings > System > External System Import and upload a CSV example like below
        • key,summary,resolution
          EXAMPLE-100,Test,<<!clear!>>
      2. Proceed with selecting your project and map each column to their respective field
        • Key -> Issue Key
        • Summary -> Summary
        • Resolution -> Resolution (map as is)
      3. Proceed with the import
      4. The resolution field will be cleared

      Expected Results

      • The resolved date field is also updated to reflect that the resolution field was cleared

      Actual Results

      • The resolved date field is not updated

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
