Issue Summary
The issue with comments visibility, comments migrated to Jira are public by default. All comments imported via CSV to Jira are internal instead of public.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Service Desk project
- Create an issue
- Put public comments
- Exported CSV file.
- Imported CSV file, Pop messages shows all the comments as Public.
Expected Results
The visibility of comments should be public.
Actual Results
After CSV import, the visibility of comments are internal on the issues.
