Trying to import a Trello board to a Jira site is interrupted and an Unexpected failure occurred. Importer will stop immediately. Data may be in an unstable state error is thrown.
Steps to Reproduce
Try to import a Trello board
On your Jira site go to External System Import > Trello importer.
Expected Results
Trello board is imported successfully to a Jira project.
Actual Results
The import process is interrupted with the following error: Unexpected failure occurred. Importer will stop immediately. Data may be in an unstable state.
Workaround
Export the Trello board to CSV or JSON and import it in Jira.
