Issue Summary

Cloning issues erases hyperlinks in description containing pipe character ("|") and shows the link in the format [Text|URL]

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clone the issue that contains the hyperlinks in the description field having text with pipe character(|).
2. View the cloned issue.
3. Observe the hyperlink will be removed and the Text format will be shown. 

There is no issue with Hyperlinks having text without special characters.

Expected Results

The hyperlinks should be retained in the cloned issues

Actual Results

The hyperlink is removed and the Text format is shown instead of the link. 

Workaround

The only workaround is to remove the pipe character from the Text of the hyperlink.
