Issue Summary

The field: "Attachments on this issue" in the Issue's Comment is not translated to other languages when the application default language is set to other languages such as French, German, etc.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Issue's Comment
2. Select + > Attachments on this issue

Expected Results

The field name in the Coment is as the default language.

Actual Results

The field name (Attachments on this issue) in the comment is still displayed in English.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
