Create issues with inline attachments using the v3 REST API endpoint

      Suggestion to create issues with inline attachments using the v3 REST API endpoint, as it is not officially supported at the moment. Additionally, it is not possible to link the inline image in the description to the attachment of the a issue using v3.

      Current workaround is to use the v2 endpoint or to split the operation in multiple calls.
