When a user shares a ticket on the Slack channel and there are users who don't have Jira access in the same group, the Jira App message appears:

To view this link, <username> needs access to Jira Service Management on <instance name>. Do you want to invite them?

This message also appears when the Global User Invite configs are set to "Don't allow invites"

Admin -> Product -> User access settings -> User invites

Suggested Solution

1. Jira App should honor the config done on the Globa User Invite;
2. Create a way for the user don't receive this message to invite the users.
