      Issue Summary

      Not possible to attach files in transition screen when "Enhanced Board & Backlog" is enabled. When trying to attach a file via drag & drop or via browse, nothing happens

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable the Enhanced board & backlog feature
      2. Create a screen & add Attachment field to the screen
      3. Add the screen to a transition
      4. Run the transition and try to attach a file using drag & drop or via browse

      Expected Results

      File should be attached and visible below the attachment field

      Actual Results

      Nothing happens, no UI error

      TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'isActive')
    at GH.IssueOperationShortcuts.getSelectedIssueKey

      Workaround

      Disable Enhanced Board & Backlog
