Currently, the only way that we can retrieve Worklog Started Date information is either using third-party apps such as Tempo or using the following API:

Get issue worklogs

Customers want to use the work log started Date to filter issues using JQL.

The fields below are the only ones available, which does not satisfy customer needs:

• worklogDate
• worklogAuthor
• worklogComment

If we could add worklogStartedDate to return the date selected when logging a work time in an issue would be great.
