Ability to have different logos for light and dark themes

      Based on customer feedback via support tickets and comments on JRACLOUD-63150, submitting enhancement request. 

      Some customer's have noticed bad presentation of customer logos in Jira's dark theme. 

      Requesting ability to configure different logos for each theme type.
