Issue Summary

When org admins leave a team, they are still given the option to leave a team

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1 : Create a team

Step 2 : Leave the team

Expected Results

An option to leave the team should not be available

Actual Results

We are able to see the "Leave team" option still available

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
