      Problem Definition

      The customers are not able to filter issue history by status changes in the new issue view.

      Suggested Solution

      Bring Transition filter/tab back in Issue Activity/History section.

      Why this is important

      It would be very helpful and decrease the time spent when looking for changes in issue status for issues with a huge amount of changes logged in the history.
