Currently, if you have a number custom field, if you enter in 5.10 and save it would then display 5.1 

The removal of the 0 is not ideal for customers who need that to hold its 5.10 value. 

Workaround:

The only workaround is to create a Short Text field and then enter the decimal number value and the value will stay intact.
