Issue Summary

Attachments appear duplicated when creating a Jira issue and copying/pasting screenshots into the Description field.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select Create in Jira
2. Choose an issue type, such as Bug
3. Fill in the required fields
4. Past the screenshot into the description
5. Save the Jira issue
6. Open that Jira issue - the attachment appears twice

Expected Results

When adding directly an attachment in the description, it should create a single attachment, instead of duplicating it.

Actual Results

When adding directly an attachment in the description, the attachment appears twice

Workaround

Use the Attachment section in the creation screen (The attachment field needs to be added) or use drag & drop
