There is a requirement to parse email body from Slack message which created via Email, and inherit its email body as Jira issue description on Jira Cloud for Slack app.

1. Click slack channel name > Integration > get the email address of slack channel
2. Send email to that email address
3. Slack message is created from email
4. “Create issue from Jira Cloud” on the created slack message
5. Description is Null

Currently Jira Cloud for Slack app does not parse and read the email body as slack description.
It would be better if email message can be created more easily by Jira cloud for slack app
