Cannot search Epic in Epic Link field if the Summary has a special character

Issue Summary

Unable to search certain Epic names in the Epic Link field if the Epic's Summary has a special character "&" or "-".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Epic and include "&" in the summary. For example "S&S-Test-etc"
2. Try searching the Epic in the Epic Link field of Task or Story
3. Please note that this doesn't happen to every Epic with a special character "&".

Expected Results

• Able to find the Epic in the Epic Link field

Actual Results

• No result was found

Workaround

1. Remove the special character from Epic's summary
2. Use the issue key instead to search
