This is reproducible on Cloud: (yes)
Steps to Reproduce
- Mark any epic as done
- Create a story and link it to the done Epic
- will give you an error "Couldn't create the issue we are having some trouble creating this issue refresh the page and try again"
Expected Results
give the customer a clear error that he can't create a story linked to a done Epic
Actual Results
wrong message appears for customer "Couldn't create the issue we are having some trouble creating this issue refresh the page and try again"
Workaround
