This is reproducible on Cloud: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Mark any epic as done
2. Create a story and link it to the done Epic
3. will give you an error "Couldn't create the issue we are having some trouble creating this issue refresh the page and try again"

Expected Results

give the customer a clear error that he can't create a story linked to a done Epic

Actual Results

wrong message appears for customer "Couldn't create the issue we are having some trouble creating this issue refresh the page and try again"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
