When opening an issue in Timeline view, right side of horizontal scroll bar disappears

    Description

      When opening an issue in Timeline view, right side of horizontal scroll bar disappears.
      If the User missed horizontal scroll bar, need to close issue to find bar.

      This feature request is for adjusting the size or moving "Issue View screen" to a place where won't interfere horizontal scroll bar.
