Jira advanced settings may be reverted to the default value if another setting is updated by pressing return/enter in the keyboard

      Issue Summary

      From the Jira advanced settings, updating any setting by pressing return/enter from the keyboard it may revert other settings to their default value.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Jira Advanced Settings
      2. Change the value of jira.clone.prefix
      3. Change the value of jira.comment.collapsing.minimum.hidden by clicking on the Update button.
      4. Note that the jira.clone.prefix value continues the same as you changed before.
      5. Change the value of jira.comment.collapsing.minimum.hidden again by pressing enter/return on the keyboard.

      Expected Results

      Only the value associated to the jira.comment.collapsing.minimum.hidden setting is changed.

      Actual Results

      The value of jira.comment.collapsing.minimum.hidden is changed and the value for jira.clone.prefix is reverted to its default.

      If collecting a HAR file you will notice two PUT /rest/api/latest/application-properties requests are made.

      Workaround

      Don't use enter/return to change values in the advanced settings pages.
