Attempting to rename the Create transition in a workflow throws an error.

Issue Summary

When trying to rename the Create transition in any workflow, to any language characters, it throws this error

The Jira server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any workflow in Edit mode.
2. Select Create transition.
3. Click on Edit button.
4. Provide a different name for the transition.

Expected Results

• The transition renames successfully.

Actual Results

• The transition doesn't rename, an error is thrown.

The above error is thrown on the UI.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
