Ability to have the time tracking report with granular tracking information

DESCRIPTION:

1. The report would show the amount of time (hours, minutes) that each individual team member spends working during each sprint for each individual project.
2. The report would show the total hours worked [for each individual team member] to be broken down by Project and Jira ticket.
3. The report would show the most recently completed sprints plus the active sprints across all projects.
