Keyboard shortcuts to send issues to top or bottom of backlog are no longer working within company managed software boards

      Issue Summary

      When using a company managed Jira Software project board, an end user should be able to use the keyboard shortcuts listed in the help menu of pressing the s key followed by the t key to send to top, or the s key followed by the b key to send to the bottom of the backlog.

      This appears to be broken at the present within company managed boards.  Team managed boards, still appear to honor this keyboard shortcut as expected.

      Tested against Chrome Version 114.0.5735.198
       

      From within the ? help menu of a Jira SW project, you can see that these board shortcuts should be functional.

      Send to top
      s then t
      Send to bottom
      s then b

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Within a Jira Software company managed board, create a board with multiple issues
      2. On the backlog view, try to change the order of an issue by sending it to the top or bottom of the backlog using a keyboard short cut of s and then t (top) or s and then b (bottom)

      Expected Results

      We expect the issue to move its position within the backlog to the top or bottom.

      Actual Results

      • Issue does not change position in the backlog
      • no message appears within the browser console related to these keypresses

       

      Workaround

      There is no workaround at the present time for this function
