Issue Summary

In Jira Filter, it doesn't allow users with edit permission to change column configuration and only allows the owner user to do it.

It would be better to be able to edit the column on JSW Filter by not only the owner user but also the user with edit permission.

Workaround

The user should be able to select My Defaults from the Columns dropdown if you want to modify the column configuration.
