Hi team, I am opening the feature request since there is a need to have a way to modify the issue creation screen when creating a problem using the Slack integration. The standard screen can't add or remove fields or customize them as needed.

We request the option to modify those fields and add the ones we may need to the screen and not depend on the standard ones for creating a ticket; the choice will assist our content creators in matching specifications related to our issue creation and the required fields.
