Issue Summary

When we clone an issue, the description field's specific content gets changed/deleted within the cloned issues description field. The description had an inline code block with special characters in this case.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a description with inline code like 

   test\*.*

2. Clone the issue

Expected Results

The cloned issue's description should be the same.

Actual Results

"\" got deleted during the cloning.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
The content has to be copied manually from the source issue.
