Field positioning on Issue view screen on mobile is not aligned with the issue view on site

      Summary:
      Field positioning on Issue view screen on mobile is not aligned with that with the issue view on site

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a new ticket on site
      2. View the same ticket on mobile.

      Expected Results:

      1. The positioning of fields on site and in the mobile should match.

      Actual Results:

      1. The positioning of fields on site and in the mobile are not matching like seen in the below screenshots.

      eg: Key Stakeholders is first field on site, on mobile it shows right at the bottom, Actual Start is the second field on site while it shows as 8th field on the mobile.

      Note: JRACLOUD-71237 was opened for the similar issue however it was closed with no update or linked/duplicate issue.
