Able to update priority and assignee of sub-task from drop down of parent task

      Steps to Reproduce :

      1. Create a Issue in Jira
      2. Create a Subtask of this issue
      3. We see 2 columns in the parent issue ( Priority and Assignee Field ) 

      Actual Result :

      • We see that Priorty and Assignee field cannot be changed from this Pane and we need to open the Sub-tasks separately and make this update.

      Suggested Result 

      • Provide the ability to change the Assignee and Priority from the Parent Issue Panel
