Issue Summary

If we transition an issue from one status to another status, if the transition has a transition screen to select/validate any field/values, then after completing the transition, the Keyboard shortcuts like “a” for assignee, “m” for comment, “.” for action menu etc. does not work in New Issue View, unless we reload the whole site. After reloading the site, the keyboard shortcuts start working. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Goto Workflow and edit it.
2. Add a transition from one status to another status.
3. Select the transition and add a transition screen containing any fields.
4. Now save & publish the Workflow.
5. Goto any issue from a project associated with the workflow.
6. Perform the transition between the relevant statuses.
7. The transition screen will pop up. Fill in the values for the fields on this transition screen and complete the transition.
8. After this try to use the keyboard shortcuts like "m" to comment on that issue.

Expected Results

The Comment field should get edited.

Actual Results

The shortcut "m" does not work and nothing happens. None of the Keyboard shortcuts work. 

Workaround

Reload the Jira site from your browser to make the shortcuts to work.
