Issue Summary
When user viewing the filter details , it is not showing the filter owner. Due to this , when the owner update the filter, the Save button didn't display , causing they can't save the updated filter.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)
Steps to Reproduce
- Access a filter where you are the owner , for example "Filter A"
- Then, view a different filter
- Then, click again "Filter A" to view it and update it.
- Try to Save it
Expected Results
The owner is able to Save it and clicking the filter "Details" shows the owner of the filter.
Actual Results
Only the Save as button displays and the owner can't save the updated filter. In the filter "Details" no owner information display
Workaround
Access the filter again only with the id , for example https://xxxx.atlassian.net/issues/?filter=xxxx . Then, refresh the page. The owner information will display and able to save the updated filter.
