Issue Summary

'Unsaved changes' warning persists consistently if you save without making changes in the Description box. When I go into the Description field and press "Save", the above message still remains. I've tried opening the story in a new tab/window, but neither seems to work. You have to select "Cancel" to remove this message.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit the Description or a similar field. Save without making any change

Expected Results

Saving without making any changes should not show the 'Unsaved changes' warning. 

Actual Results

The warning exists when you save without making changes.
