Issue Summary

While viewing an issue, if I click "Create" to create a new issue, and then use Ctrl+V to attach an image to the issue I am creating, the image gets added to my new ticket AND to the ticket that I was originally viewing, which is still visible in the background.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a ticket
2. Click “Create” to open the “Create issue” popup
3. Click the three-dots menu and select “Show fields”
4. Deselect “Attachment” and click “Apply”
5. In the “Create issue” popup, click into the Description field and press Ctrl+V to paste an image
6. Observe that the image appears in the Description field in the “Create issue” popup AND has been attached to the background ticket from step 1

Expected Results

Not duplicate the issue in the background issue while pasting with ctrl + V

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
