Issue Summary
Projects are not getting listed on the project directory page even if the user is a licensed user and site admin
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an instance
- Then create a project(Company Managed)
- We will see two projects on the instance now(One Demo and the one created in the previous step)
- These projects will have two different permission schemes. On the demo project, we notice that "Browse Project" has "Any logged-in user" as part of it.
- Now invite a new user with product access and add them to the site admin/org admin group.
- Login as a new invite user in incognito mode and you would see two projects listed in the project directory.
- Now, if we remove "Any logged-in user" from the browse project permissions on the Demo project or move it to trash, the project directory doesn't load as expected(the new user will see both projects missing).
Expected Results
The Project directory should load to Site admins/Org admins irrespective of "Browse Project" permissions
Actual Results
The project directory doesn't load
Workaround
Add "Any logged-in user" to "Browse Project" permissions on one of the permission scheme
