Issue Summary
When user navigates to project settings > Workflow > 'Add Workflow', the button is greyed out (Not clickable). This is expected behavior when the workflow is shared between 2 or more projects.
Steps to Reproduce
- Select a project which does not share workflow with any other project. Go to project settings > Workflow > 'Add Workflow. The Add workflow button is clickable. In other words, user can add a workflow under project settings.
- Find a project which shares a workflow with another project.
- Go to project settings > Workflow > 'Add Workflow. The Add workflow button is greyed out or not clickable.
Expected Results
A pop-up or a warning message should appear when user navigates to Add workflow button, if the button is not clickable.
Actual Results
No errors/warnings are displayed. This is confusing for new users who have not used same workflow for multiple projects.
