      Issue Summary

While adding value in the Time Spent/Time Remaining field  as 4.1h or 8.2h for an issue the error "Invalid time duration entered" is displayed

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Settings > Issue > Time Tracking, set the 'Default unit for time tracking' to Minute (which default setting).
      2. Click Create button, and add the Log work >Time Spent
      3. Add the time as 4.1h or 8.2h to display the error
      4. Click Create to create the issue.

In my testing, I found certain values work and certain values don't, so between 8.0h and 8.9h  (one decimal) place everything works except 8.2h and 8.7h. But I haven't spotted any pattern for it. Because although 8.2h fails, 4.2h works. Similarly 8.1h works but 4.1h

      Time value works?

      4.7h
      2.42h

This problem can also occur when the Automation rule tries to edit this field.

      Expected Results

No errors and time to be set as 8.2h

      Actual Results

We get an error message "Invalid time duration entered"

      Workaround

From Settings > Issue > Time Tracking, change the 'Default unit for time tracking' to Hours
