      Issue Summary

      Sandbox Notifications show up under Bell-icon in Production sites.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add same user to production and sandbox
      2. Do some updates in sandbox that should trigger notifications. 

      Expected Results

      Notifications from sandbox should not show up in production.

      Actual Results

      Notifications from both sandbox and production will show up

      Workaround

      None for now
