Add possibility to automatically add value to a Team managed select/multi select list custom field when the value is not previously added

      Currently, CSV import is the only option to bulk-add new options to select/multi-select list custom fields in Team managed (Jira Software, Jira Product Discovery) projects.

      Customers may need to add new options dynamically to the issues, and this operation is not supported through Issue creation, Editing field using Automation or REST API.

      Suggestion:

      Add the ability to edit Team-managed select/multi-select custom fields through API or Advanced Field editing in Automation for Jira.
