Issue Summary

[Project Settings] > Issues: [Fields] in company managed project is showing all custom fields.
This includes the custom fields which are created in team managed project even those cannot be used in company managed projects.

This is reproducible on Data Center: no, DC does not have team managed projects

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open company managed project
2. [Project Settings] > Issues: [Fields]
3. User can see the custom fields created in team managed projects

Expected Results

Field configuration should not show custom fields from team managed project as these cannot be used in company managed projects.

It should same list with Jira setting > [Issues] > [Field configurations]

Actual Results

Field configuration shows all custom

Workaround

Disregard the team-managed fields in Project settings > Issues > Fields list; they do not appear anywhere else in that project.
