The customer wants to find all issues where they need to compare two custom fields using JQL function

They wanted to do it without plugins

According to our docs, this is not possible and has no ability to compare the two fields. It does not have a JQL parameter to compare both field values.

However, there is only a leverage plugin in Jira in order to search like this.
