Issue Summary

Custom Avatar icons are blurry when viewing from "View all projects" vs when you are in the project.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into a site
2. Upload a custom avatar icon for a project
3. Check the project view and see if it displays normally
4. Check Projects tab > View all projects and the resolution is blurry

Expected Results

The avatar icon should be nonblurry same quality as displayed in the project itself

Actual Results

In Projects > View All Projects the custom avatar icon is blurry or low resolution

Workaround

Currently, there is no workaround for this behavior
