Description
Issue Summary
When attempting to the read-only Message Custom Field (for edit) field provided by the JIRA Toolkit Plugin, it does not appear when creating or editing an issue. This issue has been ongoing since May 12th, 2023, and multiple users have experienced the same problem. This feature was functioning correctly before this date. I can confirm that the field is correctly added to the screen(s) and if has a proper context with a default value on it.
Steps to Reproduce

Expected Results
The field should appear in the issue create/edit screen if added.
Actual Results
The Message Custom Field (for edit) is not being displayed
