Add Tooltip to Advanced Roadmaps on Create Issue when greyed out

      Issue Summary

      In Jira Cloud, if you use "Group By" on a field that has multiple selections/values, you are not able to create a new issue, it is greyed out. There is not any tooltip or text to explain why this happens.

       

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1 - Use "Group By" in the Roadmap View Settings for a multi select field (Component, version, etc) or a custom field with multiple values.
      2. Step 2 - Attempt to create an issue - the option is greyed out and no ToolTip / Hover Text to explain.

      Expected Results

      -We should have a prompt or tooltip similar to the image above

      Actual Results

      "Create Issue" greyed out on Advanced Roadmap

      Workaround

      Currently - users will need to "Group By" fields where single values can be set
