Context

We would like to have the ability to change the custom default notification sender email address for all existing and new projects. This will save time and effort in manually changing the email address for each project.

Current behavior:

• The default notification sender email address for new projects is always @<instance>.atlassian.net, with only the prefix being customizable. There is no option to change the default email address for new projects.
• Fox existing projects, the email can be changed to another one from a verified domain in the org, but this process must be made for each project. There is no option to apply the new email address in bulk to existing projects.

Desired behavior:

• Allow site/project admins to set a custom default notification sender email address that will be applied to all new projects created in the instance.
• Include an option to apply the custom email address in bulk to existing projects.

Please consider implementing this feature to enhance the customization options available to administrators and reduce the manual work involved in managing notification settings for multiple projects.
