Given the high volume of feature suggestions for Jira, we must prioritize those that provide the most value to the majority of our users. Problem Definition:
Ability to display the Select list (Cascading) custom field parent and child values in the same row in create issue screen. Currently in create issue screen the Select list (Cascading ) custom field is parent and child values are appearing in two different dropdowns instead of appearing in the same row or adjacently.

Suggested Solution
Ability to display the Select list (Cascading ) custom field in the same display format as in the view issue screen.
Why this is important
It's easier for the user to pick the parent and child values from the Select list (Cascading ) custom field if the options are displayed in a row/adjacently.
