Include Team-Managed field name update in audit log

      Issue Summary

      Normally the audit log will logs custom field events such as deletion and rename events. For the renaming events you can find them even by searching for the previous field's name.

      The rename event is not being logged if it happens on TM project when you rename a field that was originally created on a different issue type then of the one you are editing the field on.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Create a field A on a Team-managed project
      • Navigate to a different issue type within the same project and add field A to the issue type's screen
      • Rename field A to something else and save the changes
      • Now remove the field from the screen and save the changes again
      • Click on the trash icon next to the field in order to delete it

      Expected Results

      You will see both the rename and deletion events in the audit log.

      Actual Results

      Only the deletion event is logged:
