Currently, the only way to rearrange the order of the dropdown of statuses when moving an issue from one project to another is to:

1. go to the workflow for the destination project and copy the workflow and then delete the statuses and then add them back in the order you want them to appear.
2. Note you can't change the 1st status so if you want another status to show at the 1st option you would need to find the status name you want on another workflow and copy it and then do step 1

Looking for an easier way to set the order. 

This functionality would be extremely helpful for users who need to move Issues from one project to another and don't want to have to use the dropdown every single time.
