Creating a people field results in a visual bug

Issue Summary

When you create a field with a type People in a team-managed project you can see the label "Choose a user" and the icon for a profile avatar overlapping in the UI.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a field of type People in team-managed project
2. Expand that field, check the option of "Restrict to a single user"

Expected Results

The field expands and option for default user is displayed with an icon and the label of "Choose a user" without overlapping.

Actual Results

The field expands and option for default user is displayed with an icon and the label of "Choose a user" are overlapping.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
