Unable to obtain the latest sprints using the endpoint /rest/agile/1.0/board/{boardId}/sprint

Issue Summary

There is no possibility to get the latest sprints using /rest/agile/1.0/board/{boardId}/sprint endpoint.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use this endpoint /rest/agile/1.0/sprint/${SprintId}/issue?startAt=${startAt}&maxResults=${maxResults}&fields=assignee,${storyPointFieldId},statuscategorychangedate,status`)
2. The results are not ordered by id.

Expected Results

Extend the Get all sprints API call to order by sprint id so that we can get the latest x sprints for a specific board.

Actual Results

The results are not ordered.
